This is a light weight chair so it can be shifted easily in the room also it does not take much space because of its small size so a good option if you want to save some space in your room.  This chair would not work well for tall people and definitely is not a good choice for tall person.

What could be improved–  It makes a loud noise whenever I lean back or side-to-side. Any way at this price you cannot expect everything outstanding from this chair.

Recline-I like to lean back a lot during work and on this chair , I feel very comfortable while reclining and it does not feel like you are falling off your chair. The rocking feature is easy to turn on or off.

Backrest-The mesh back is very supportive and comfortable for me. It supports my back very well.I like to call this chair an “upright chair” because it forces me to keep sitting in a good posture which is necessary for long term health and for sitting long hours.

Seat-The seat moves up and down easily. The seat is comfortably wide for my cross-legged position.

Wheels-. The chair feels stable and turns 360 degrees without any problems. I don’t feel any drag with the wheels. It rolls super easy.

Looks–  I was really impressed by the aesthetic. It’s just pretty. As pretty in person as it is in the photo.

Comfortable-After sitting on this chair for a month , It feels both comfortable and solid to sit in and surprisingly I have seen some improvement in my back and neck pain.

Arms-The arms are flip up so I can raise the arms up and sit cross legged ,I love sitting cross legged so I found this feature great. One thing which I don’t like is the arms are not adjustable.

Conclusion– Although I can’t say that this is the best office chair I’ve used, but for the price, its a good value. if you are looking for a comfortable budget office chair for a short person with great support that you can use for 8+ hours per day, this is a good one to buy.

Seat– Seat is extremely comfortable to sit even for long hours. When I first sat in this chair my butt hurt, it wasn’t used to the firmer sit. But gradually over time it went away as my body adjusted and now it is extremely comfortable. The mesh seating relieves a lot of pressure from your tailbone.

Rocking- One thing I really love about the Aeron is how smooth the rocking feels. It doesn’t feel stiff or awkward at all—it just glides back really naturally. There’s enough resistance so you don’t feel like you’re falling backward, and it just feels super comfortable when you lean back and relax. It makes shifting positions during long work sessions a lot more enjoyable.

Lumbar support- Honestly, the “posture-fit lumbar support” feels a bit gimmicky to me. The main issue is that it doesn’t move up or down, so you can’t really adjust it to match your lower back. It either lines up perfectly with your spine or it just doesn’t. If it happens to hit the right spot, great—but if not, there’s not much you can do about it. For something that’s supposed to be a premium ergonomic feature, I expected a lot more flexibility.

What stands out-The value for the price is outstanding, At 5’2″, I struggle to find the right chairfor short person, as most office chairs seem to be designed for “big and tall” users rather than petite individuals like me. The Emiah chair is soft and comfortable with a relatively short dimension from front to back which works for the thigh length of a short person. This is the office chair that sits low enough for my feet to sit flat on the floor relieving my hip and lower back pain.
What could be improved– One thing which I don’t like is that the lever to recline is in a bad position, you have to lean over quite a bit in order to lift it up or push it down. The armrests are not adjustable so it won’t allow me to get closer to my desk but not a dealbreaker for me.
