Seat height, lumbar support, seat back forward armrest height – angle – and width, all easily adjustable given the tools that came with the product. The height adjustment works well as does the lock adjustment. Castors roll smoothly. It’s a good quality chair at a decent price. The mesh like seat helps to keep you cool instead of a leather chair that gets super hot the longer you sit. It’s quiet, no squeaks and it rolls very easily. You will see noticeable improvement in your back pain after using this chair for a while. Assembly of the chair is easy. It reclines without the arm rests reclining with you. I like the feature that allows adjusting the lumbar support up and down to find exactly the right support for my back.
